Rename folders from Chinese to English in Ubuntu/Debian

  1. $ export LANG=en_US
  2. $ xdg-user-dirs-gtk-update
  3. A dialog will popup and change it. Non-empty folders will be keep.
  4. Move all files to new folders named in English from original folders.
  5. $ export LANG=zh_TW.UTF-8
